Solve an automation exercise with BODE method

Hello,

strange request i know, but i need someone can help me solving a simple problem of automation. I have a block diagram and i need to:

- calculate the transfer function
- do the bode diagram for module and phase
- discuss stability of the system


The exercise must be solved passage by passage exaplining all steps and calculation for an hight school student.

I need it hand made not using python.
