Remote admin support to accurately produce awkward weekly rota plans

Must be very competent mathematically and able to develop precise team rota's , rota's will change weekly and may present challenges that will need feedback where solutions are not immediately possible and need options presenting for best case solution when time and manpower are extremely limited. Ongoing support and thus long term work for the right person. Rota's may need to be adjusted at short notice within 24hrs therefore a very reliable and responsive person needed.

Please note initially there is only a team of 6 - 7 with split responsibilities to create a Rota for although moving forward it is anticipated that the team will gradually grow over time and will only offer a few hrs work per month although other work may come online if successful
