Linearization of Reinforcement Learning Model

I have developed a reinforcement learning (RL) model for an optimization problem, and I am seeking a freelancer with expertise in mathematical optimization and linearization techniques to solve it and convert this RL model into a linearized form.

I am looking for someone with a strong background in reinforcement learning and linear regression, as the expectations of this project are high. You should be able to implement and adjust state-action value linearization efficiently and effectively. Prior experience in similar projects would be beneficial.
