Quantum Gravity Theory Evaluation

I wrote an introduction about some ideas on quantum gravity (not string theory or loop quantum theory). I'm looking for someone able to:
- read the ideas and evaluate them
- lists the mistakes and the inconsistencies
- give a strategy for creating the mathematical description of those ideas
The freelancer has to get at least a master degree in theoretic physic, ideally a PhD in quantum mechanic
