Product pricing by simple math equations
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a product
The product market price is given (each product have it’s price)
I fill in this data:
How much i want to pay (let’s call it Cost) , how much i want to leverage, and the percentage i want to win let’s call it Z% and the percentage i am willing to maximum loose let’s call it B%!OUT OF MY COST!
Now the first equation i want to find the amount it’s simple i will give it to you :
Cost*leverage=my amount
Now what data i have in the bottom line?
The product , the Marketprice , my cost, My leverage, The amount , The win Z% , The loosing B%
I want to find the X and the Y
What are they?
The X is how much the new marketprice should be in order for me to win Z% !out of my cost!
The Y is how much the new marketplace will be if i lost B% !out of my cost!
For example:
Product is called: Reef
Reef marketprice is : 0.003628$ (a fact)
My cost i want to put: 1$
The leverage i want is: X10
The amount by equation will be: 1*10= 10 (cost x leverage)
I want to win 100% out of my cost Z%: 1$ (my cost 1$)
I want to maximum loose 100% out of my cost: B%: 1$ (my cost 1$)
How much should the new marketprices be (high X , Low Y)
In order to win 1$ (Z% - 100%)
Or maximum loose 1$ (B% - 100%)
Give me an equation in order for me to reach X and Y
It’s math equation, not complicated one , the money will be paid after making sure the equation is correct and I try it on couple of my products
DON'T SEND THE EQUATION UNTIL WE ASK FOR IT !!!!
AFTER ASKING YOU WILL DO THAT
