Private Tutor for Mathematics

I am looking for an experienced private tutor to help my child with middle school level mathematics. The ideal tutor will provide remote (via a virtual platform), one-on-one tutoring on Wednesdays. It is preferred that the tutor has some prior knowledge in teaching mathematics and regiments the course according to the student's needs. Knowledge in the subject matter and developing personalized teaching methods for better learning outcomes are essential. The tutor should be able to provide clear and effective instruction and have enthusiasm in teaching the subject. The tutor don't have to be fluent in English, but if they are fluent it can be a plus. A passion for teaching is a plus.
