Predicting thrombotic events and creating a risk score model to prevent amputations

I have a dataset with multiple variables that I would like to analyze to see if we can predict which people are more likely to clot and ultimately lose their leg to amputation. Once this predictive modeling is done with variables I would like to create a risk score model to determine which patients are most at risk of losing their limb so we can prevent that outcome
