Operations Research Optimization Problems

I'm currently enrolled in an Operations Research course and need assistance with two optimization mathematical modeling problems. I share the file. If you can solve it please contact with me. 

1. Distribution of Relief Supplies:
- Planning the distribution of relief supplies to disaster areas
- Choosing the right number of vehicles
- Planning efficient routes
- Minimizing costs and penalties for unmet demand

2. Interview Scheduling:
- Grouping candidates by shared programs to reduce crowding
- Minimizing the number of entrants and exits

These tasks require mathematical modeling and optimization techniques. I have specific constraints for the vehicle routing problem, but I need assistance with the interview scheduling issue.

Skills and experience:
- Expertise in Integer programming
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in mathematical modeling
- Ability to work without software
- Knowledge of optimization techniques
