Need someone who can make aptitude test for me

I need a person who can build an aptitude test. The test is supposed to be as difficult as the bank PO/MBA entrances like (SNAP, IIFT, CMAT) examination. It is supposed to cover the following topics:

LR 2 sets (Total 8 questions) - 4 arrangements - 4 graphical representation ( pie chart/ bar chart/ line chart)
English (Total 9 questions) - 4 critical reasoning + 3 vocabulary and 2 para jumble
Maths (Total 8 questions) - Arithmetic ( work and time, TDS, p/l, percentages, mixture and allegations, ratio and proportion, averages, simple interest, and compound interest).

I need you to build 10 such aptitude tests.
