Need all subjects tutoring for year 8/9 for Australian Curriculum

I am looking for preferably female teacher to teach my child on a one to one basis for an hour a week and help her resolving her difficulties and be a teacher and personal advisor/motivator and help her with all her subjects Math,Science,History,Geography,English, etc. I want someone with excellent English communication skills and a high command on all the subjects. Someone who is compassionate and can motivate kids to do beyond their potential. I am looking for an hourly class every week and help the child based on their needs.
