Maths and English Tutor for primary school

I am looking for a Maths and English tutor for my primary school student in grades 4 to 6. The student needs assistance in all areas of Maths and English. I would like tutoring sessions to be conducted twice a week.

Skills and experience required:
- Strong knowledge and proficiency in both Maths and English at the primary school level
- Experience tutoring students in grades 4 to 6
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student's needs
- Patience and excellent communication skills to effectively explain concepts to the student
- Availability for tutoring sessions twice a week
