Mathematics expert is needed

I need an expert to explain to me a paper, which I have, in Convex Optimisation (PhD level). I need to understand the concept of the paper, the mathematical model, analysis, proves and some kind of algorithms used in the paper such as greedy algorithms. Basically, i want to understand the everything in paper like I am the author of it. For a better result, I prefer the freelancer to have some background in Computer Networks. However, it is not compulsory as long as the paper is well understood and well explained. The quality of the freelancer and cheapest bid together will have the priority.
