Mathematician needed

We need a mathematician to help provide formulas for mathematical probabilities for some online games we are developing. For example if a player picks 6 numbers and then the system picks 6 numbers, what are the chances of matching x numbers in order, in any order, etc.
We need a formula we can enter into a spreadsheet (to build on the ones we have already) that will work these out, based on variables we can change.
If we work well this could be an ongoing ad-hoc position helping work these things out as we develop more ideas.
