Math Tutor for 4th grade

I am looking for a math tutor for my daughter whos in 4th grade. she prefers a female teacher. Must have good internet connection and be able to teach on zoom, without glitching. She is behind in math, and school has finished multiplication and division but she did not grasp the concepts. So i need someone to work with her 3 times a week to get her on track. Must be friendly and have previous teaching experience with teaching younger kids.
