Large Bayesian VAR

I am looking to hire an expert familiar with large Bayesian Vector Auto Regression (VAR) model for forecasting and scenario analysis. I have written a Python script that estimates the VAR model and need someone to implement structural identification using sign restriction method to determine the effects of different shocks to the system.
