Install Latex to run mathematical formulas

Hello! I'm looking for someone to help me install Latex to run mathematical formulas on my Windows computer. This is a complex task, so considerable experience and technical know-how are required. I do need a thorough tutorial on how to use Latex as well, so any instructions provided would be a great help. Unfortunately, I don't already have a Latex installation package prepared; that means the chosen freelancer will need to create one.
