Fuzzy measure coeficient calculation (Choquet integral)

Based on the file attached (Criterion 1.pdf) I need to see the calculation behind the scores and how the fuzzy measure capacities (μ) and the corresponding Shapley values were calculated. This would later on also have to be calculated for aggregating 3 and 4 scores using the Choquet integral. Attached pdf (Botreau et al 2008.pdf) on more background information if needed as it explains the whole procedure.
