Fish pass water flow calculations converted to Excel

Take the calculations shown in section 5 of the attached fish pass design document (Fish Pass Design.pdf) and create an Excel spreadsheet where the variables can be entered and the correct results can be expressed in a table similar to Table 5.3. Also create an excel sheet that can calculate lift force required raise and lower river gates as shown on page 9 of the attached document (Penstock Calculatons.pdf).
