Finite Element Analysis solved manually without software and compare it with MATLAB

I need an expert in Finite Element Analysis who can solve FEA Engineering Problems manually (By hand Calculations) without any software typed in a word file. And then compare it with the MATLAB results. This will need an experience in FEA, Math, Differential equations, Advance Calculus, Matrices, and MATLAB Coding.
