Export pdf file to MS Word - heavy mathematical notation

I have a pdf file of a Linear Algebra course and need it in Word. Formatting doesn't need to be exactly equal, just needs to make sense.
The main point is to keep the mathematical notation as in the original pdf file. All mathematical notation must be carefully reviewed and typed in the MS Equation tool: it cannot be regular text or images. This includes equations, tables, matrices, systems of equations, and so on. (Images are an exception: they can be simply copied and pasted.)
Text language is Portuguese, but there is no need to check word by word - just check if any nonsense symbols are inserted in the MS Word file and correct it.
It goes from page 105 to page 120 only! Budget is US$20 and I would like to have it by Friday (June 17th).
