I'm looking for a skilled professional to develop comprehensive numerical and logical reasoning tests for employee assessment.
The tests should include:
- Numerical reasoning questions: Data interpretation, Algebraic problems, and Arithmetic sequences.
- Logical reasoning questions: Pattern recognition and Logical puzzles.
- Verbal Reasoning questions
Prior experience in psychometric test creation or human resources assessment is highly preferred. The tests should be able to effectively gauge potential employee's numerical and logical reasoning abilities.
