Diabetic Patient Education for Health Improvement

I'm working on a research-based project focused on the education and monitoring of diabetic patients in an aim to improve their overall health. This eight-week initiative involves weekly educational sessions as well as the collection and analysis of patients' fasting glucose levels to identify improvements. This practice change project is focused on implementing ACDES7 for DSMES To improve patient outcomes and reducing fasting blood sugar levels in eight weeks.

I am looking for Static that can help me do mathematical statistical testing, and analysis of 12 to 14 participants fasting glucose levels gathered and collected over eight weeks. This would also include comparing self efficacy scores from the self efficacy for diabetes scale pre-and post intervention.
