Customizable random number generator

Need a random number generator software that can have custom settings. For example, i need 5 random numbers between 1 and 50, but if "10"+"30" is selected then "40" is to be avoided. If "5"+"8"+"25" are selected then "35" is to be avoided. Basically a way to have an input on the outcome of the random numbers. Should have the ability to add hundreds of these custom options and have them saved.
