Create math formula (summation)

I need a formula for the sum of values for the formula (4*10^26/x) where x is between (4*10^-19) and (4*10^-13) and where the numbers in x are split into (4*10^21) "steps".
So I think what I need is something that will end up adding something like (4*10^26/4*10^-19)+(4*10^26/4.0001*10^-19)+(4*10^26/4.0002*10^-19).......+(4*10^26/3.9998*10^-13)+(4*10^26/3.9999*10^-13)+(4*10^26/4*10^-13)
