Create alternate sportsbetting lines based on a main line/price

I need someone with great understanding of sportsbetting and math to do a model that can calculate alternate sportsbetting lines.
For example you will be given a line/odds called over/under 4.5 with odds 1.85/1.85. You now need to create alternate lines and probability for over/under automatically.
