Basic maths - Coordinate geometry via tangent method for CAD style software

Im currently playing around with a CAD drawing program and need some underlying equations for proof that it is working correctly.
What i need is for one equation to be performed mathematically to validate the software
What you will be given; 3 points with 2D coordinates(A,B,C) with bearings to those 3 points from a 4th point (Z)
You will be required to calculate the coordinates of point Z using the Tangent Method / Blunts equation shown in the attached images
I will need to see all the computations used to get the the final solution
