Astronomical calculation (position of the planets and the moon nodes) on given date

Before bidding to the project please READ CAREFULLY!

1. For start we have a datetime and city on earth.
2. Calculate the geoposition => langtidue/latidute for the given city (can be done easily with google services)
3. Now comes the more complex part - based on the datetime+lang/lat coordinates the position of each planet in our sunsystem has to be calculated + AND VERY IMPORTANT => the south and north lunar node
4. After we have the position in the 360° degree there must be a calculation from the "astrology zero point" to represent the planet in which area the planet is at the given date in a mandala circle. (see graphics NR 1)
5. Each of the 64 gates in the mandala has a split into more pieces => 1 gate => 6 Lines, 1 Line => 6 Colors, 1 Color => 6 Tones, 1Tone => 5 Base - the calculation has to be correct until the lowest level. (see screen 2)
6. Installation of the server + skript on a virtual machine with Ubuntu 22 - the input wil come from a web form

ONLY WHEN ALL POINTS CAN BE DONE the PROJECT WILL BE PAYED!!! The most important part ist NR 4+5!

I know that there is a library that can be used with node.js and that there is a Python library (skyfield) which can be used also - the calculations for north and south lunar node can be tricky when you are new to astronomy.
