ALGEBRA: Formula or Z-score table to create SKEWED bell curves

Regular Bellcurves are normally distributed and can be described by the following formula:
x = μ + Z σ, in where μ is the mean, Z is the Z-score and σ is the standard deviation
(Zscore is a number that can be looked up in a table. You can find an example here: https://mathbitsnotebook.com/Algebra2/Statistics/STzScores.html)
However, if there are more values on the left or right in which case you get a right or left skewed bell curve (please google this to get an idea how that looks like). Unfortunately the regular z-score tables are not working anymore in that case, so I am looking for someone who can put the skewness in above formula or someone who can help me find alternative z-score tables for this.
So, probably you are a mathematician or have experience with bell-curve formulas or you have these type of skewed z-scores somewhere lying around. :-)
