Year 8-10 Maths & English Tutor
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
Twice a week I need focused, one-to-one support for a student working through the UK curriculum in Years 8, 9 and 10. Sessions will centre on Maths and English homework so that tasks are finished accurately while underlying concepts are reinforced in real time.
I expect each lesson to be interactive—screen-sharing, worked examples and quick comprehension checks—so the student stays engaged and can immediately apply what’s been explained. A short written recap after every meeting will let me track progress and spot any recurring gaps before they become issues.
Deliverables
• Two live sessions each week (≈60 minutes)
• Complete walkthrough of the week’s Maths and English homework, including clarifying any sticking points
• Post-lesson summary with key takeaways and optional practice questions
If you are comfortable with the current KS3 material and the early GCSE transition, I’m ready to schedule the first session and set up a regular timetable.
