My 14-year-old needs steady, reliable support each week to stay on top of his schoolwork. The focus areas are math, science, and any general assignments that come up. In math and science the help is almost entirely about working through homework problems, explaining the steps clearly, and making sure he submits everything on time.
All sessions will be online, so a good internet connection and comfort with screen-sharing tools are essential. We’re a bilingual household and he understands English, but a Spanish-speaking tutor will help him feel more at ease and speed up explanations when concepts get tricky.
What I need from you:
• One or two check-ins per week (we can set a fixed schedule).
• Real-time guidance while he solves problems, rather than simply giving answers.
• Quick progress notes so I can see what was covered and what still needs attention.
