Hi there! My name is Lohith Dasari. My partner and I want to expand our business to the online tutoring space.
I wish to modernize the test prep industry and differentiate ourselves as a brand that speaks to what kids really need to succeed for college. I think there is much to be fixed in this industry and a lot of profit to be made. I personally have a bunch of ideas I’d like to discuss with you as an expert! These ideas include criticisms of large test prep corporations, and unique ways to improve students’ test scores. For this reason, we need someone who understands these tests to a large extent and can use their entrepreneurial mind to work out an effective test prep curriculum and brand with us. Additionally, there will be a large digital marketing component that we would love for you to be involved in.
We are looking for a charismatic SAT and ACT tutor who is excellent with high schoolers and dedicated to their craft. We seek a long-term organization member that believes in making affordable and highly effective standardized test prep. You will be able to work with us to modify the brand identity as we all agree and alter the curriculum to align with the brand identity.
This job will initially involve little to no money as it is a startup. However, as more clients come in you will be paid with an hourly rate of $35-60 depending on talks we will have in the future. This is a risk that we only wish you take if you truly believe in what we are doing! However, you will be a core component of the company and the brand will hopefully be a representation of your own values.
