I'm seeking an experienced math tutor for my 4th grader. The focus will be on:

- Addition and subtraction
- Multiplication and division
- Fractions and decimals

Requirements:
- Tutor needed twice a week
- In-person sessions preferred

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong background in elementary math
- Previous tutoring experience, especially with grade 4
- Patience and ability to engage young learners
