I’m developing a PVC plastisol specifically for molding applications and need technical guidance to arrive at a reliable, repeatable compound that delivers protective performance once cured. The finished parts must exhibit a balanced trio of properties—excellent heat resistance, strong chemical resistance, and good flexibility—without compromising flow or demold characteristics.

What I have: general lab-scale mixers, heating baths, standard plastisol raw materials, and access to common analytical tests (Shore hardness, tensile, aging).

What I need from you:
• A full formulation blueprint (resin grade, plasticizer package, stabiliser system, fillers, pigments, viscosity modifiers, etc.) that satisfies the property targets above.
• Clear processing parameters for both lab batches and scale-up: mixing order, temperatures, dwell times, deaeration, and recommended mold temperatures.
• A short validation plan outlining which ASTM/ISO tests to run for heat aging, chemical splash resistance, and flexibility so I can confirm the compound meets spec.
• Iterative adjustment advice after my first trial—two rounds of tweak-and-review to lock the recipe down.
