Conductive Earthing Compound Formulation

Job ID: 40552049

Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

I’m looking for a chemist who can design a high-performance earthing compound whose core purpose is to lower ground resistance in installations that sit in persistently wet soil. The job is research-heavy: identifying the right blend of conductive minerals, hygroscopic agents and corrosion inhibitors, then validating the mix through standard resistivity and leach-test protocols so we can prove real-world gains over common bentonite or cement-based backfills.

Because moisture is constant at our target sites, the formulation must remain electrically stable while avoiding wash-out or swelling that could crack surrounding concrete. I’ll share soil analyses, installation geometry and the maximum allowable chloride content once we start, but you’ll steer the material selection, lab bench trials and optimisation iterations. If you prefer modelling first, that’s fine, as long as final recommendations come with empirical data.

Deliverables
• Complete recipe expressed in weight % with sourcing notes
• Lab report summarising conductivity (Ω·m), moisture absorption and compressive strength tests
• Brief application guideline covering mixing ratios, placement method and expected service life

I’m open to repeating a quick confirmatory round after your initial results, yet the first submission should already be field-ready. Let me know which analytical tools you’ll use and your estimated turnaround for the first prototype batch.
