We need the chemical formulation of a "slime", as toy for kids

The client runs a factory of toys and is currently looking to produce these slimes (refer to attached pictures). We are looking for a Chemist who can provide us with a possible formulation of this product and guide us along the production process, remotely. Payment negotiable.
