I need a materials specialist

I'm looking to find an existing rubber/polymer material blend that can be made into a film that can shrink to around 60% of original film size when low-temperature heat of around 50-70 Celsius is applied. Ideally the material will be as close to medical grade safety standards as possible. The material when produced in film form, should ideally be around 4-7 mm thick.
