Chemical engineer required for engineering exercises, READ DESCRIPTION FIRST!

Job ID: 40005568

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I’m looking for a Chemical Engineer/ Materials Engineer who can run related excel and TA program assignments. I’m looking strictly for someone who has a background in this field. I’m not looking for an academical writer.
Before bidding take a look at the questions i have attached bellow, DON’T BID A PRICE AND REQUEST FOR A DIFFERENT ONE IN CHAT. Everything is clear on the project description and the files, READ BEFORE BIDDING.
Project consists of 2 question , one is mostly on excel and the other one will need the use of TA program:

Question 1:
Attached are the files containing data relating to tensile tests performed on several dog-bone shaped rectangular-section specimens (dimensions given in an Excel file), manufactured using 3D printing.

You are required to process these data in Excel to obtain the corresponding stress–strain curves and determine the following mechanical properties:

a. Ultimate Tensile Strength (UTS)
b. Stress at failure
c. Maximum elongation
d. Yield point (also an estimate if not clearly visible or easily identifiable)
e. Young’s modulus

Since multiple specimens (replicates) were tested, you must calculate the mean values and standard deviations for each of the derived mechanical properties, provided that this is meaningful, and justify the rationale.

You must then provide:
• The Excel processing files, including graphs and calculations
• A Word document in which you explain the tensile test and the methodology followed to complete the proposed E-tivity.
• The document must include:
• A comparison of all derived stress–strain curves
• A table reporting all mechanical property results for each individual replicate
• Mean values and standard deviations

You will also find attached a template/format to follow for the report. You may expand on the sections as deemed appropriate, but all the indicated paragraphs must be completed. All reported information must be properly described and commented.

Question 2 :

Attached is a folder containing the DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimetry) measurement files performed on a polymer and its related composites.

The files are provided in both .txt format and in the proprietary format, which can only be opened and processed using TA Instruments software, available for download at:

Since the work requires a description of the technique, it is recommended that you study the principles of DSC, including its operational method and the type of information it provides. Doing so will facilitate the calculation of the required thermal parameters.
