Blue Light Screen Protectors

I need to make a blue light screen protector that successfully comes with or provides: an alignment tray, cleaning cloth, sticks to all screens very well, does not crack easily/great protection, fit’s the whole of a screen (accurate measurements), and can make this product for all screens; androids and iPhones a like. Needs to be smudge-proof, scratch-proof, bacteria blocker, and provides impact protection. Reference eyejust for inspiration.
