CO₂-Based High-Performance Concrete Development
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m preparing to turn captured CO₂ emissions into a commercially viable concrete that outperforms traditional mixes on three fronts: high compressive strength, meaningful thermal insulation, and markedly lower weight.
The core of the engagement is a full material-science cycle—mix-design ideation, lab-scale batching, iterative testing, and small-batch prototype panels—so I can validate structural, thermal, and density metrics against industry benchmarks. A background in carbon-mineralisation, supplementary cementitious materials, or reactive CO₂ curing will help you move fast. Practical know-how with ASTM-compliant strength tests, thermal-conductivity measurements, and lightweight aggregate optimisation is essential; I’ll supply captured CO₂ data and baseline Portland-cement references for comparison.
Key milestones I have in mind:
• Optimised mix formulas that lock in CO₂ while delivering ≥50 MPa compressive strength
• Lab reports detailing thermal-resistance values and bulk density per mix iteration
• Three 300 mm × 300 mm cured panels ready for third-party validation
If your team can demonstrate proven results in carbon-negative or carbon-neutral concrete, let’s turn emissions into a structural asset.
