CNC 3D Machining Programming
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a seasoned Mastercam programmer to prepare reliable, shop-ready toolpaths for a steel production run. The models are already complete; what I’m missing is an efficient, collision-free machining strategy that maximises tool life and keeps cycle times tight.
Your job is to:
• import my 3D files,
• create roughing, semi-finish and finish operations suited to steel,
• select appropriate cutters and holders,
• verify everything with dynamic simulation, and
• deliver the final .MCAM file along with a setup sheet and post-processed G-code for a Haas VF series mill.
I’ll provide the solid model, fixture layout and any in-house tooling constraints the moment we start. Once the first part passes inspection, the same program will run a short production batch, so consistency and repeatability are critical.
