I need a consultation and possibly long-term collaboration on:

* Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
* Google Ads and user acquisition
* Cost per install (CPI) and customer acquisition cost (CAC)
* Strategies to acquire paying users in India
* Campaign setup, optimization, and scaling
* Conversion funnel and retention
* Marketing budget planning

Requirements:
