I need someone to promote/market my novel

I am not social media savvy; I have published my first novel independently. I am a writer, not a business person and I think I am in way over my head. I have not made any sales and cannot even find a reviewer to review my book. I need reviews on Amazon, but have failed in my attempts. I've emailed an announcement to a list of friends/family. I've updated my high school alumni page to include information about the book. I've mailed a free copy to a YouTuber. I've donated copies to local libraries and emailed a "Daily Living" reporter at my local newspaper. Nothing. I want to be writing my second novel and not still working on marketing my first. I need someone who can get reviews, etc. for me. "Warlock Love" is a fantasy/romance or maybe even falls into the chick-lit genre. Girl meets warlock; girl and warlock fall in love; what could possibly go wrong? Plenty, if the girl is too scared to follow her heart. I wanted to write about the magic of falling in love and encourage the reader to see magic in everyday life.
