I need help with web host transfer and google ads

We are a plumbing company in Louisiana, we are in our first year of operation and need a cheaper option for marketing. We currently use a local marketing agency that is well above our needs. We are looking to break from them and host the website our selves. Along with that we need help managing our google ads, they have done a lot to develop our google ad space.
