There is an old ww2 aircraft in a shed near me that given its history I feel it deserves a second chance, and that it could also be used to introduce new pilots to tail dragger and give a low cost opportunity for people to experience Avation as well as keeping the memory of what brave veterans went through flying these simple machines.
Also that even a machine built to bring destruction in dark times can be re purposed to create joy and happiness and that all dark times such as we are again facing in Europe will pass.
I would be looking to raise funds to purchase and restore the aircraft to flying condition then the formation of a charitable group to oversee the operation of the aircraft and in particular help introduce younger students to Avation either as a possible career or as a hobby,
Rough estimate of costs would be €70,000.
Ideally the candidate would take payment as a percentage of funds raised
