advertising for a special treatment

Looking for an experienced person in marketing to whom I will give only one add for a clinic and if we get good number of leads will continue to do it for all departments.We want to do the add on tiktok.
For now we wan to do advertisement for hydrafacial Or STD testing for patients.Having experience in medical field adds in an advantage.
