Web Seller/Sales Man(PartTime/FullTime)

I am seeking an experienced sales professional with expertise in selling services to help expand my international business. The products I offer are service-based, so I'm looking for someone who can create effective online sales packages. I don't have a set sales strategy yet, so I'm open to suggestions from the right candidate. Since my target market is international, the freelancer should be familiar with various international factors that can impact success. In return, I'm willing to offer a percentage of my company's annual sales and a fixed percentage of the business's sales as compensation.
