Web 3/ NFT Operation Associate

We are looking for Self-starter with a minimum of 1- 5 years of experience in marketing as well as in online community management & engagement & has passion for things related to community engagement, volunteering activity, NFT and cryto-currencies.
Experience using Discord
Deep experience with digital and in-person event planning a plus
Good understanding of social media KPIs
Excellent multitasking skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a start-up environment
A good team player who is versatile and open minded, not afraid to help out in any part of the association work
