Virtual Assistant – Marketing, Crypto Research & Talent Acquisition
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
Language Requirements: English (VERY GOOD LEVEL!); Russian is a strong plus
Communication skills! Has to be very articulate!
About the Role
I'm looking for a sharp, self-directed virtual assistant who can operate across three core areas: marketing execution, crypto research, and recruitment support. This isn't a role for someone who needs their hand held. You should be comfortable moving between writing social posts, testing DeFi protocols, and sourcing candidates without constant direction.
A significant portion of your output will be customer-facing, so flawless written English is non-negotiable. Russian language skills are a major advantage, as we work with markets and talent pools where bilingual communication adds real value.
What You'll Actually Do
Marketing & Content (40%)
Draft concise, on-brand posts for Twitter/X, Telegram, Discord
Manage email campaigns and maintain our mailing list with regular updates
Write short-form and long-form content that explains technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
Keep our messaging consistent across channels
Crypto Research & On-Chain Activity (30%)
Track emerging airdrop opportunities across Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, Solana, and other chains
Test protocols hands-on with your own Web3 wallet (MetaMask, Rabby, Phantom, etc.)
Compile clear research notes on promising projects: tokenomics, team background, community sentiment
Stay current on DeFi trends, P2P innovations, ZK technology, and Web3 infrastructure
Flag opportunities and risks in real-time—not two weeks after everyone else
Recruitment & Talent Sourcing (30%)
Source and pre-screen candidates for technical and non-technical roles
Post job listings, review applications, and conduct initial outreach
Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication
Maintain a pipeline of potential hires (developers, community managers, customer support, etc.)
Bonus: Leverage Russian language skills to tap into Eastern European and CIS talent pools
What You Must Have
- Excellent written English
- Hands-on crypto experience – You've personally used Web3 wallets, farmed airdrops, and interacted with DeFi protocols
- Email marketing skills – Experience with tools like Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Substack, or equivalents
- Recruitment or hiring experience – You've sourced candidates, reviewed resumes, or coordinated hiring pipelines
- Self-starter mentality – You don't wait for instructions; you identify what needs doing and do it
Strong Plus (Not Required, But Highly Valued)
- Russian language proficiency – Opens doors to broader talent networks and market reach
- Familiarity with Unigox, P2P trading, or ZK-TLS technology
- Experience in fast-moving startups or Web3 projects
- Understanding of compliance, KYC/AML in crypto contexts
Communication skills! Has to be very articulate!
