Trainer Program (Digital Recruiter Training) by Malaysian Government

I'm looking to develop a comprehensive and engaging trainer program geared towards advanced-level participants, focusing on training skills

Key Requirements:
- Free Training program by Malaysian Government for those who have started working from 1st January 2024
-Self employed and freelancers are welcomed!
- The program will be delivered through a mix of online modules and in-person workshops. You should be able to structure the content to be engaging and effective in both formats.
- Leadership Training: The main focus of this program will be training in leadership skills. Your experience in leadership development and training is essential.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in creating and delivering leadership training programs
- Expertise in structuring and delivering content online and in-person
- Ability to engage and challenge advanced-level participants
- Strong understanding of leadership principles and practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in a multi-format training program will be a plus.
