I’m searching for a reliable personal assistant who is equally comfortable speaking and writing in Tamil and managing the moving parts of ongoing marketing projects. Your core mission is to keep every campaign running smoothly—tracking schedules, lining up resources, and keeping all stakeholders in the loop—so the creative team can stay focused on the work itself.
Day to day you will take ownership of the project calendar, update task boards, chase down assets or approvals, and hop on calls (Tamil or English) to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Because the work is marketing-focused, an understanding of common channels—social, email, basic content workflows—will help you anticipate needs and flag bottlenecks early.
Key deliverables
• An up-to-date timeline for each active campaign
• Clear, prompt status reports summarising progress, risks, and next steps
• Proactive coordination of people and resources so deadlines are consistently met
